THE HOW TO

1 Use to help prevent infection + soothe + promote healing
2 Push out sitz bath
3 Ensure sitz bath is cleaned + sterilised
4 Fill sitz bath with warm water
5 Add ¼ cup of Mama Sitz Bath Salts + stir to dissolve
6 Place the bath securely inside your toilet bowl
7 Sit, relax + soak your sore lady-bits for 15-20 minutes
8 Once done pat the area dry with a soft, clean towel
